Royale Serenity boasts 2700 square feet of open concept Island style tranquility. The large living room has plenty of gathering room to enjoy each other’s company while taking in the beautiful views. The well-equipped kitchen has a gas stove with updated appliances. There is even an extra ice maker which comes in handy when making frozen drinks with your Margaritaville Frozen Concoction Maker.
The Master Bedroom takes up the entire 2nd floor and the en-suite bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in with two shower heads. Enjoy the spectacular views from your private balcony! Two of the guest bedrooms have a king bed and the other has a queen, with plenty of storage.
Fish from the dock or just bring your boat and head out to open waters in no time.
Royale Serenity is located just a 10-minute straight line walk to the sugary sand beach and turquoise water that Anna Maria Island is known for.
We are conveniently located close to Sarasota Airport (20 minutes), Tampa Airport (55 minutes), Busch Gardens (45 minutes), Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld (2 hours). You are "Away from It All'' but minutes away from activities for the whole family!
Our, on the island, Management Company, Bungalow Bob's Vacation Homes was selected for their excellent customer service and is open 9 to 9, 7 days a week with an emergency after-hours number and is always available to assist our guests should you have any questions or special needs.
