Mangrove Pointe View is the perfect island getaway. With 2 formal bedrooms, it also includes a den set up as a queen bedroom and 3 full baths. This end unit townhome provides both privacy and lots of room to relax. Enjoy the convenience of being centrally located on Anna Maria Island with just a short walk to the grocery, drug store, shops, restaurants and Manatee beach.  You can also relax by the shared heated pool, or take in the views of the natural mangrove preserve from the screened lanai.  You will enjoy the beautiful sunrise from the living room and master bedroom balconies and gorgeous sunsets from one of two front balconies.

This welcoming townhome is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, dishwasher, flat-panel TVs, hi-speed Wi-Fi, and central AC. You're ready to go to the beach with chairs, an umbrella, and a beach cart provided. Our linen service provides towels and sheets for your stay but feel free to toss your laundry in the private washer/dryer.  There is ample outdoor parking and a garage parking space.  Or, get by easily without a vehicle using the free island trolley and you will have everything you need to explore!

We are conveniently located close to Sarasota Airport (20 minutes), the Tampa Airport (55 minutes), Busch Gardens (45 minutes), Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld (2 hours). You are "Away From It All'' but minutes away from activities for the whole family!

Our on the island Management Company, Bungalow Bob's Vacation Homes, selected for their excellent customer service is open 9 to 9, 7 days a week with an emergency after-hours number and is always available to assist our guests should you have any questions or special needs. CANCELLATION POLICY: Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

***** 5/5 Stayed July 2024.The perfect condo for our first trip to Holmes Beach. Most organized and complete resource notebook I’ve ever seen at a property! Absolutely everything we needed for our stay was provided, from 5 bikes to multiple beach chairs and other beach necessities! The distance to multiple beach accesses is perfect with the beach cart provided! We preferred crossing at Alvin’s and walking straight to the beach. Everything you could need to access is directly across the street. Grocery store, beach stores, ice cream, pizza, Dunkin’ and more! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of privacy on the 3rd floor! Bob was super responsive at check-in and even went over to comb the condo after we left to look for my sunglasses! Will definitely stay at this property again.

Very spacious, and had many necessities a family would need on vacation! Beds super comfy and clean!! Basic beach supplies as well. Not much that can improve on for property manager, as he was prompt and available when needed. For the property owner, I can only think of a few things I would suggest for future updates... All and all I'd rent here again and highly recommend Bob and this property. Like I said, the few things I can recommend are only minor and outweighed by everything positive. Published Jul 21, 2022

***** A relaxing stay Stayed Mar 2022 Eric C. The property is convenient to shopping. Easy to find and was spacious. The property manager Bob was great to work with. He was easy to reach. We had a bit of a problem with the lock and it was handled immediately. Overall it was a great stay. Beds were comfortable and the condo was nice and clean.

***** Great for so many reasons! 5/5 Stayed Feb 2022 Jacque F. Visited late Feb (Presidents Day week) with three of my kids, ages 8 - 11. AMI is a busy place with a decent amount of traffic, so for people planning a visit, it's probably ideal to be walking distance to shops, restaurants and beaches. This has all that, and a pool. The "shops" include Publix, CVS, Dollar Tree, a full strip mall, a beach shop and one of the public beaches + bar + restaurant. This condo is on the older side and with that comes some pros and some cons: older condos tend to be built better so they're quieter, and that was true for this end-unit--we never heard our neighbors. This unit was one of the few that had a garage door which was great so we never had to unload the gear from the car and could keep things in the garage overnight (like the T-tops to the Jeep we rented). The owners provided a collapsible beach wagon, a plethora of beach / pool towels, 3 fishing rods, 1 beach umbrella, 4 NICE beach chairs, and two adult bikes! There IS a third bedroom; they're just not allowed to categorize it as such in the listing b/c it doesn't have a closet, but it has a double bed with nice down comforters, 2 nightstands, a small dresser and its own full bath directly next to it. My 8-yo twins shared it, while my older daughter and I had our own rooms and bathrooms upstairs. The W/D is small (stacked) but worked great, we appreciated the electric tea kettle and smart TVs and so many porches, both screened and not. Cooked-in multiple nights and had everything we needed! Best of all Bob is an excellent property manager!! We had to call him twice and he never made us feel bad for needing his services. (That has happened before to us.) Bob asked for feedback afterwards as it's under ownership and they and he appeared to be open to suggestions for improvements. Comfortable beds, pillows and plenty of towels. No shampoo, conditioner or body lotion provided so I was glad I'd brought my own from the previous hotel but if you don't, CVS is a walk across the road. :) I'd stay here again!
