***** Absolutely Perfect! Caitlin T.Kernersville, NC Beach Dance was a perfect house for our family vacation. We travelled with two young children as well as our 94-year old grandmother, so the accommodations couldn't have been better. The home was extremely well-equipped with quite literally everything you could need for your stay, apart from your own clothing. Every kitchen utensil & appliance, probably 25-30 beach towels, at least 8 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach wagon, sand toys all provided with the home. The kitchen/dining/living area on the 3rd floor is SO spacious. Our toddler boys absolutely loved the jungle themed bunk bed room. It was great for our family that each bedroom had its own bathroom, and I was pleasantly surprised to find an additional half bathroom on the 2nd level porch outside of the front door, to be used as a pool bathroom. Less than 2 blocks to the beach, and convenient to all AMI has to offer, we loved staying at Beach Dance and would absolutely book this property again. Were we impressed with the Beach Dance. We spent a week at this amazing house and had the best time ever with our grown kids and grandchildren. It was the perfect location to the beach (2 minute walk) and close to shopping too. Walgreens and a strip mall were minutes away as well as the trolley stop. The area is safe, family friendly, and quiet. Beach Dance is large and the layout is perfect for a big group. The 2nd floor holds the main bedrooms and the master bedroom is on the 3rd floor (same floor as the kitchen/dining and family area). We never felt crowded but actually very comfortable. We used the elevator to bring our luggage and groceries to the 3rd floor. It was great!! The pool was perfect. Heated nicely too!! I can't say enough about this property. It is a gem and we look forward to coming back next February. Thanks to Bob for answering our questions. ***** Relaxing Getaway Pamela K. Beach Dance provided the perfect location for a wonderful vacation. This home is beautiful and well equipped with everything our families needed to relax, unwind and enjoy the beauty of Anna Maria Island. We vacationed with my sister and her family, the house had plenty of space, and lots of bathrooms which made it comfortable for all of us. The location of the house is perfect. Walking distance to stores, very close to the beach and perfect neighborhood for walking and bike riding. The salt water pool was enjoyed by everyone. Bob was attentive to our needs as well as easy to reach both before and during our stay. ***** Beautiful Ashley N. The views are everything! Perfect walk to the beach and distance to the shopping/dining areas. We appreciated the warm welcome from Bob. He was very friendly, provided great communication and an awesome welcome bag was presented. The home was like we remembered; clean, organized and comfortable. The communication with the property manager, Bob, was great, the location of the property was perfect, and the house had an easy and quick access to the beach. The home was equipped with everything we needed, plenty of beach chairs and toys for the children. I think everyone enjoyed having their own room with their own bathroom and we enjoyed our morning coffee on the top deck. Beautiful home, awesome location and you really don’t need a car at all, the trolley was quick and easy to access. Overall we enjoyed our vacation, thank you! ***** Sublime and Stress-Free Cindy K. Spotless and luxurious with practical conveniences galore - The washer/dryer on both sleeping floors enabled all guests to easily keep up with their laundry, not to mention keeping a steady rotation of clean beach towels. The bodacious baskets full of assorted house beach towels were a fun conversation point as well as useful. Amply furnished seating areas with views and available cushions for older guests was appreciated. The salt water pool was perfect! Warm enough, easy on the skin, kept nice and clean by service, gradual enough for 80+ MIL to climb in and out of with help on steps.Close walk to the Gulf for morning and evening trips. Big sky view rooftop (We loved the sunsets up there!) Big dining table for multigeneration games. Bob, the property manager, enhanced our enjoyment with his quick response to any questions and his reassuring, humorous response to minor wineglass attrition. I expect he would handle complaints just as quickly; we just had none to voice! Beach Dance is a terrific venue for a big family vacation! ***** Beach Dance 7165507 - Bungalow Bobs The property was wonderful for a mix of family members to enjoy the week. Every room had its own bathroom. There were plenty of bath and beach towels. Two washer and dryers. Very comfortable accommodations in a great location. Steps to amenities and the beach. Great communication from property manager. Highly recommended! ***** Beach Dance 7165507 - Bungalow Bobs We had zero reservations traveling from Nebraska to Florida amidst all the CV doom and gloom. Being on Holmes Beach for 7 days was a great escape. Beach Dance was a great property and the en-suite to each bedroom was a plus with 9 people staying and having their own shower + the outdoor shower after the beach and pre pool. I would recommend anyone to this property. ***** Best Family Vacation Ever maryann r. We loved Beach Dance! Without a doubt it was the most well-equipped and clean beach rental we have ever vacationed in as a family. Like everyone we were looking for a safe place our family could gather after months of stay at home orders. Anna Maria Island was the perfect spot, and Beach Dance held us all comfortably. Amenities like the elevator, private pool cleaned twice weekly, magic garage (stocked with beach chairs, toys, umbrella and tent!) and the roof top balcony with Gulf views made this a fabulous vacation home! ***** Perfect Family Getaway! Loreen M. We just returned back from our trip to AMI. We had a total of 5 adults and 4 children and the house was perfect! We all had our own space, and the pool was appreciated with the little ones. The beach truly is only a block away, and having the beach stuff was such a help! Bob was the perfect host - he connected me with a local delivery service who grocery shopped for us, and put it all away in the house before we arrived. It couldn't have gone more smoothly! Since we were getting in late, Bob made sure that lights were on and the house was ready for us. I can't say enough good things about Bob and his hospitality towards us. He and I communicated several times before we arrived and he followed through on all of it.
